As a final word, if any of you are looking to build some grip strength, might I recommend rock wall climbing?

I did this for the first time yesterday.  By the end my fingers and forearms were screaming but it was oh so much fun! I would do it again in a heartbeat and I think many of you would enjoy it as well.
